For the record

Disclosures.

How IntelScroll makes money, the affiliate and ad-network relationships we maintain, our financial-content disclaimer, and our editorial independence commitments.

Last updated: June 2, 2026

The short version

IntelScroll is a free publication. We pay for it primarily through:

  • Display advertising served by Google AdSense and potentially other ad networks (see the Display Advertising section below for details and reader controls).
  • Affiliate referrals to prediction-market platforms we cover (currently Polymarket).
  • Future paid subscriptions to a Pro tier (not yet launched).
  • Future sponsorships on the weekly newsletter, which would be clearly labeled.

We choose what to cover based on news value and operational stakes for our four pillars — AI security, model economics, quantum, and data center — not on which advertiser or affiliate pays more.

Not investment, legal, tax, or security-implementation advice

This is the most important disclaimer on the page. IntelScroll publishes analysis and reporting for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on IntelScroll constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or security-implementation advice.

IntelScroll wire items include three persona-tagged takes ("As a Builder / Investor / Operator…") that frame each story for different categories of readers. These takes describe how a class of reader might think about a development — they are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security, and they are not endorsements of any specific company or product. References to industry categories ("utility-scale battery vendors," "HSM vendors with PQC roadmaps") describe themes, not specific investments.

Companies and products are named in our coverage because they are subjects of the news — vendor disclosures, regulatory filings, product launches, security advisories, capital announcements. Being named in an IntelScroll piece is not an endorsement; it is reporting. Readers should consult qualified financial, legal, tax, or security professionals before making any decision based on information here.

IntelScroll is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or securities professional. Past accuracy of any forecast or analysis does not guarantee future accuracy. Probabilities, dollar amounts, timelines, and projections are estimates from cited primary sources and are subject to revision as new information emerges.

Display advertising

IntelScroll displays ads served by Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-2799308329501373) and may add other ad networks in the future. Ad placement is automated by the network and is editorially separate from our coverage — we do not select which ads appear in which pieces, and advertisers do not review or approve editorial content before publication.

Display ads may use cookies and similar technologies to personalize ad delivery. Google's use of cookies is governed by Google's Advertising Policies and Google's Privacy Policy. Readers can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings and from third-party vendor cookies via the Digital Advertising Alliance and Your Online Choices (EU).

For full details on what information is collected and how it is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site, including the "Trade this market" links on hub pages, are affiliate links. When you click one and sign up for the platform on the other end, IntelScroll may earn a fee or a revenue share.

Polymarket

IntelScroll participates in the Polymarket Affiliate Program operated via Dub (dub.co). When you sign up for Polymarket through one of our links and make deposits or trades, IntelScroll earns a percentage of the trading fees generated for the first 180 days of your account, in addition to a one-time fee for funded accounts. Specific terms are governed by the Polymarket / Dub partner program agreement.

We will add disclosures for other platforms here when those relationships begin (e.g., Kalshi, Manifold Markets, Robinhood Event Contracts). Until then, links to those platforms are not affiliate links.

Editorial independence

The presence of an affiliate relationship does not influence our editorial coverage. Specifically:

  • Hub topics are chosen based on news value, trader interest, and forecast resolvability — not affiliate payouts.
  • Our calibrated probabilities (the "Our Call" column on the scoreboard) are determined by our research workflow, not by what would generate more clicks.
  • We disclose disagreements with prediction markets transparently, including disagreements that could discourage someone from opening a position.
  • We do not allow affiliate platforms or sponsors to review or approve editorial content before publication.

Calibration and accuracy claims

When IntelScroll says we are "calibrated" or shows historical accuracy figures, we mean: across resolved forecasts, the actual frequency of events matched the probabilities we assigned them, within statistical bounds.

A 70% forecast that resolves YES is not a "win." A 70% forecast that resolves NO is not a "loss." We aim for the long-run frequency of 70%-tagged forecasts to be approximately 70%. Our full calibration history will be published on a public scoreboard once the dataset is large enough to be meaningful (~50 resolved forecasts).

Risk and trading disclaimer

Prediction-market trading involves risk of capital loss. Past accuracy of IntelScroll's forecasts does not guarantee future accuracy. Probabilities published on this site are estimates, not guarantees.

Nothing on IntelScroll constitutes financial, legal, or trading advice. We are not licensed financial advisors or registered investment professionals. Do your own research before placing any real-money position on any platform we link to.

FTC compliance

This disclosure page is provided in compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255), which requires clear, conspicuous disclosure of material connections between an endorser and an advertised product.

We have a material connection to Polymarket via the Dub partner program, as described above. Other platforms we mention without affiliate links — including Kalshi, Manifold Markets, and electionbettingodds.com — have no current material connection to IntelScroll.

Privacy and data

Our full Privacy Policy is at /privacy. Affiliate clicks may include UTM parameters that allow Polymarket (or our affiliate platform Dub) to attribute the click to IntelScroll. We do not share your personal data with affiliate platforms beyond what your browser sends automatically.

Questions, corrections, or complaints

If you believe any of our disclosures, affiliate links, or editorial decisions are misleading or violate FTC guidelines, please contact us at the address on our /contact page. We take corrections seriously and will respond within five business days.
